Outside of business, Jake is a husband, father, and lifelong competitor. Whether training in jiu-jitsu, hunting, fishing, or pushing himself in the gym, he believes in resilience, discipline, and executing at the highest level—both in business and life.

Hillary specializes in building efficient workflows, refining sales processes, and implementing high-level operational strategies that drive measurable growth. She works alongside her husband, Jake Pettit, combining their expertise to create a powerhouse consulting firm that equips small business owners with the tools they need to close more deals and scale sustainably.

Ryan Pavlich has a strong background in marketing, sales, and operations, with extensive experience in SaaS, healthcare, and the trades industries. He brings a unique blend of strategic vision and data-driven execution to help businesses improve marketing ROI and streamline operations. Ryan's expertise includes scaling digital marketing campaigns, leading cross-functional teams, and driving process improvements to support sustainable growth. He holds a Master’s degree in Data Analytics from the University of Texas at San Antonio and a Bachelor's in Marketing from Trinity University. With years of experience in both analytical and leadership roles, Ryan is passionate about leveraging data and innovation to empower organizations to achieve their goals efficiently and effectively.

Brontë is the Project Manager at Resilient Roots, where she ensures seamless coordination across teams, projects, and client relationships. She holds a bachelor's degree in Global Studies with a minor in Sustainability, bringing a strategic, people-centered approach to her work. With a background in nonprofits and the service industry, she has a keen eye for innovation and a natural talent for hospitality and customer experience.
